Kaalvoet Yzerfontein is fully self-contained and consists of the luxury KAALVOET VILLA with 4 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, and another 3 Luxury Apartments, Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean on the ground floor.

West Coast National Park is 28 km from the holiday home. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, 101 km from Yzerfontein.
We are situated only 150 meters from the ocean with a beautiful view of the Pearl Bay beach and the green fynbos area adjacent to the house.
Do not be surprised if you are entertained by a visit from one of our local ostriches or francolins and if you are lucky, you might even spot a Caracal/Lynx (Rooikat) or one of our local resident owls. Yzerfontein is also well known for its stunning sunsets...
The Kaalvoet Villa
The entire first floor has four en-suite bedrooms. It can accommodate 8 – 10 people. It is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped.
The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine.
The very spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends. There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck!

The Kaalvoet Apartments
The ground floor has 3 luxury suites, Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean. They can be booked separately or together, accommodating between 2 to 8 people.
When interleading doors are opened it is one house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
We offer DSTV, free Wi-Fi and parking on the premises and barbeque facilities. Daily cleaning services are not included but can be pre-arranged at an additional cost. Parking is available on the property.
Yzerfontein is the perfect place to be based for day trips to various destinations around the beautiful Cape West Coast.
